At ​the heart of the brand is Stirring Up Skills, a virtual cooking program that blends social-emotional learning into fun, interactive recipes. Participants don’t just learn how to make a recipe; they practice patience, strengthen listening skills, enhance socialization, build confidence, develop emotional regulation, and more. With every step in each recipe, Stirring Up Skills becomes a practical tool for developing life skills that extend far beyond the kitchen.
